Growing up in a good public school, they knew what poems students would actually enjoy to read. As I was younger poems written by Shel Silverstein appeared all over the place for me. In this particular poem, it is one of my favorites of all time just because I grew up with it.

Same here, Ryan. This is one I grew up loving as well, and I can remember reading his books as a kid. Good memories.
Yeah me too, great memories that I have.
This is hands down one of my favorite poems as a kid. I memorized it before I could read. Maybe not that much but you get the point.
